Quitting is hard, it’s a physical battle as well as mental one .you must be prepared for it and be ready to face the challenge that lies ahead .The first thing you want to know is what to expect when you quit smoking. What symptoms are likely to experience once you quit ,and  have a plan to deal with these symptoms .Knowing and planing ahead will increase your chances greatly .First the physical battle will be in form of craving s for nicotine, increased hunger especially sweets , then the headaches, coughs sore throat sleepless nights etc. These are just some of the physical symptoms that you are likely to experience. These are temporary symptoms and as your body gets rid of nicotine and toxins you’ll start feeling normal again .Then comes the hardest part the mental battle.

The mental battle is about changing the way you feel about smoking. It’s about changing the mental association of smoking with good times and relaxation. For example how great it is to start the day with a cup coffee  and a cigarette ,fantastic to have one after dinner or a couple when you’re having a drink.

Here’s a question ? Have you ever wondered why people who stop smoking for weeks or months suddenly take up smoking again? you’d think that with the hellish time they went through to give it up ,they’ll never take it up again . So what happen ?what happen was they  didn’t deal with the mental issues ,their subconscious. Second – Use hypnosis to help with altering the subconscious .Some report that after they went through hypnosis they quit and never felt like smoking again .
